We made this into a lighter bodied fresher side of Grenache. Incredibly easy drinking and approachable. We typically drink this wine with a slight chill on it. We also find ourselves putting a second bottle in the fridge as we open our first. Bottles just seem to empty rather quickly when drinking it!
