This 100% Cinsault comes entirely from Nolan Ranch Vineyard.

This wine was inspired by our vintages spent in South Africa and the Cinsault we came across while making wine there. It is fairly rare to see 100% Cinsault made here in the States that is not labeled Rosé. It has quickly become our favorite wine to drink and will be perfect for the holidays.

The wine is light in body but has plenty of depth to match. We utilized large amounts of whole cluster when fermenting the wine and aged it in some very old large barrels.

We recommend trying this wine at a slight chill or your normal red wine temperature. You can’t go wrong either way.
